Payments:

All payments are due on or before April 15th for summer and July 7th and August 5th for school year deadlines.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • No lease cancellations are allowed. If you do not plan to fulfill your lease, you will need to find someone that passes the application process to buy your lease. There is a $50 lease transfer fee.

     

RESERVING AN APARTMENT:

To reserve a spot you must:

1. Log on to our website at www.bridgerlandapartments.com and submit an application. This does not guarantee your spot.
2. D’s Bridgerland will send an official contract to those who have submitted an application.
3. Your spot is not guaranteed until we have received your application, contract, and $200.00 deposit. $120.00 of the deposit is refundable when you check out minus any damage or cleaning charges.
4. July 7th is the first rent payment due date.
5. Pay the remaining balance on or before August 5th at the latest.

All of these things must be done to keep your reservation at D’s Bridgerland!

 ROOMMATE PREFERENCES AND APARTMENT ASSIGNMENTS:

  • Roommate preferences are honored according to available space. We do not guarantee you will be with all the roommates you request.

  • All apartments have four tenants

  • By filling out the appropriate paperwork and paying the $200.00 deposit, you are guaranteed a spot at D’s, not a specific apartment or room.

NOTE:

  • D’sBridgerland does not furnish cooking supplies, sheet, towels, tools, etc.

  • All apartments at D’s Bridgerland have a NO SMOKING and NO UNDERAGE ALCOHOL policy.

VISITOR PARKING

Visitors are not permitted to park in the D’s Bridgerland parking lot.

REGULATIONS

Parking enforcement by permit begins each school year on the first week of USU regular classes on the Wednesday and is in effect until spring graduation. • A parking permit on display is required 24/7. • Vehicles must be parked in a designated parking stall and only take one stall. • Vehicles must have a current state registration on display and be in operational condition. • Vehicles should not block dumpsters under any circumstance. • Motorcycles should not use an entire parking stall.

REPLACEMENT PERMIT

If a tenant needs a replacement permit, they need to contact their apartment manager during normal business hours. A replacement fee may be charged as high as $50 at the discretion of the apartment manager.

College Students FAQ

1. What utilities are included in the rent?
High-speed internet, cable, gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash.

2. How do I hook up other utilities?
You shouldn’t need to.

3. Are there laundry facilities on the premise?
Yes, there are two laundry facilities on the premise.

4. What is the cost to use the laundry facility?
Washers are $1.00 per load. Dryers are $1.00 per load.

5. Do I have to pay extra for parking?
Yes, There is a charge for the full school year. Parking is free in the summer.

6. When is my rent due?
Rent is due in two payments with the first payment due around July 5th. The second payment is due around August 5th.

7. Do you have a maintenance and/or repair policy?
Yes, all maintenance and/or repairs should be completed within three working days of notification.

8. Whom do I notify if something in my apartment needs repair?
Please report it to the management by following the established procedures.

9. Are vacuum cleaners available for tenants?
Yes, each apartment has its own vacuum cleaner. Tenants are responsible to replace vacuum bags.

10. Will I be able to live with my friends, or in a certain apartment of my choice?
Apartment reservations are determined by the earliest date of application. Any apartment or roommate preference you may have should be listed on your rental application. All requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

11. Do you rent to students in the summer?
Yes, we have some apartments for rent to students in the summer. Please see the management.

12. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the premises.

13. Do you allow smoking and alcohol in the apartments?
No, Bridgerland Apartments are a non-smoking, non-alcohol environment.

14. What computer hardware is required to access the high-speed internet services?
Bridgerland Apartments offers high speed wireless internet in each apartment.

15. How many people are in an apartment?
Student shared housing have four people. Two tenants in each bedroom.
Student private housing has four people. Each tenant has his/her own bedroom.

1. What utilities are included in the rent?
