College Students FAQ

1. What utilities are included in the rent?
High-speed internet and basic phone service

2. How do I hook up other utilities?
Logan City provides the electricity, water, and sewer services.
Comcast cable provides the cable television service.
Questar provides the gas heat for the private apartments.

3. Are there laundry facilities on the premise?
Yes, there are two laundry facilities on the premise.

4. What is the cost to use the laundry facility?
Washers are $1.00 per load. Dryers are $1.00 per load.

5. Do I have to pay extra for parking?
No, but each tenant is given a parking permit to park on the premise.

6. When is my rent due?
Rent is due in two payments with the first payment due on July 1st. The second payment is due prior to moving in.

7. Do you have a maintenance and/or repair policy?
Yes, all maintenance and/or repairs should be completed within three working days of notification.

8. Whom do I notify if something in my apartment needs repair?
Please report it to the management in apartment #26 by following the established procedures.

9. Are vacuum cleaners available for tenants?
Yes, each apartment has its own vacuum cleaner. Tenants are responsible to replace vacuum bags.

10. Will I be able to live with my friends, or in a certain apartment of my choice?
Apartment reservations are determined by the earliest date of application. Any apartment or roommate preference you may have should be listed on your rental application. All requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

11. Do you rent to students in the summer?
Yes, we have some apartments for rent to students in the summer. Please see the management.

12. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the premises.

13. Do you allow smoking and alcohol in the apartments?
No, D's Bridgerland and Bridgerland Apartments are a non-smoking, non-alcohol environment.

14. What computer hardware is required to access the high-speed internet services?
D's Bridgerland and Bridgerland Apartments offer two options for the internet a wireless option or wired option. An information sheet is provided to all tenants at the time of check-in that provides detailed information on our high-speed internet access.

15. How many people are in an apartment?
Student shared housing have four people. Two tenants in each bedroom.
Student private housing has four people. Each tenant has his/her own bedroom.

 

Summer Citizen FAQ

1. What utilities are included in the rent?
High-speed internet and basic cable TV.

2. How do I hook up other utilities?
Logan City provides the electricity, water, and sewer services.
 

3. Are there laundry facilities on the premise?
Yes, there are two laundry facilities on the premise. We also provide an ironing board for our Summer Citizens in one of the laundry rooms.

4. What is the cost to use the laundry facility?
Washers are $1.00 per load. Dryers are $1.00 per load.

5. Do I have to pay extra for parking?
No. During the summer months there are no parking restrictions.

6. When is my rent due?
Rent is due in February as listed on the signed contract.

7. Do you have a maintenance and/or repair policy?
Yes, all maintenance and/or repairs should be completed within three working days of notification.

8. Whom do I notify if something in my apartment needs repair?
Please report it to the management in apartment #26 by following the established procedures.

9. Are vacuum cleaners available for tenants?
Yes, each apartment has its own vacuum cleaner. Tenants are responsible to replace vacuum bags.

10. Will I be able to live with my friends, or in a certain apartment of my choice?
Apartment reservations are determined by the earliest date of signed lease agreement. Any apartment preference you may have should be requested through our Sun City program representativest. All requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

11. Do you rent to students in the summer?
Yes, we have some apartments for rent to students in the summer. These apartments are located to the south and are separate from our rental units for Sun City residents.

12. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the premises.

13. Do you allow smoking and alcohol in the apartments?
No, D's Bridgerland and Bridgerland Apartments are a non-smoking, non-drinking environment.

14. How many people are in an apartment?
One couple per apartment.
